Enterprise Strategies Inc. (ESI) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVO) small business that
provides Systems Engineering, Enterprise Architect and DoDAF modeling services and solutions.
ESI is focused on integrating Siemens Teamcenter Systems Engineering (TcSE)™ and Sparx
Systems Enterprise Architect (EA) solutions. ESI also resells software and hardware and
provides implementation services and OEM training of these solutions. ESI is able to structure
enterprise software license agreements for government customers and can provide funding to
OEMs through deferred payment plans with government customers.
ESI received an outstanding (100%) Past Performance Evaluation™ rating by GSA.
After completing active duty Air Force service in 1984, Ray began his career in DOD contracting
with the US Navy assigned to USMC Headquarters, Pentagon. Since then, Ray has worked in the
Aerospace and Defense industry for Systems Integrators such as TRW, Logicon, and Northrop
Grumman.
Director Systems Engineering: John Nallon
John has in excess of 30 years of experience in defense acquisition and product life cycle
management, business process assessments, systems engineering, process modeling and the
development and execution of program plans to implement the delivery of automated processes,
methods, and tools in integrated environments across global organizations.
John is a Director of Technology, International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE), Texas
chapter and a Member IEEE, IEEE Computer Society and IEEE Task Force for the Systems
Engineering of Computer Based Systems.
