Leasing and Deferred payment plans for delivery of hardware and software

ESI not only resells product but is able to structure a deferred payment for the
Government.  Extended payment plans are useful for Federal organizations when
product requirements reach into the millions of dollars and a shortage of funding
exists.  This allows the Federal Government to obtain the largest quantity discount
available from the OEM yet not have to fund the entire amount up front.

Managed services contracts or deferred payment plans are a cost effective
approach for receiving all product up front yet stretch out the budget over several
years.  The out year payments are options subject to availability of funds.

ESI is able to provide funding to the software OEM and structure a payment plan
with the US Government that is fully compliant with all of the Federal Acquisition
Regulations (FAR) and Financial Management Regulations (FMR).
